Your privacy

When you request access, blupret stores your email address and the time of your request so we can contact you about access. This does not create an account or subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

The service uses request limits to protect this form against abuse. Access requests are kept in our private database and are available to authorized operators.

Contact

To ask about your request or have your email removed, contact support@blupret.com.

Cookies and browser storage

The access request form does not set a login cookie. Signing in uses an HttpOnly authentication cookie. The workspace also stores interface preferences and temporary workflow information in your browser. These essential features work whether or not you allow analytics.

Optional product analytics

When analytics is enabled and you choose “Allow analytics,” we use FullStory to understand navigation, feature use and technical problems. For signed-in users, activity can be associated with an account ID, name, email address and basic account properties. This helps us connect feedback with product usage.

Session replay records visible public and workspace pages, interactions, and ordinary form inputs. This can include your email address, resume text, job details and conversations shown in the workspace. Do not include information you do not want recorded while analytics is on. Authentication, account settings and admin pages are excluded, as are password, hidden and payment fields. We do not capture microphone audio, raw uploaded files, network request bodies or console logs. Content displayed from files can appear in a replay.

Analytics does not load before you opt in. You can change your choice using “Privacy choices” and stop future capture at any time. We also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser preferences. Your choice is saved in browser storage. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete earlier records; contact support@blupret.com to request their removal. Learn more about FullStory’s privacy practices.
